Swachh Bharat Abhiyan

Pranav Foundation is making significant strides in its environmental projects, with a focus on initiatives such as plantation drives and the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. One of their recent endeavors involved organizing a Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at Skandagiri Trekking Hills in Chikkaballapura District, in collaboration with Youth For Seva and Texas Instruments Bangalore. This joint effort saw volunteers from all three organizations come together to clean the hill, starting from its base to the summit, as well as the surrounding areas like parking lots and pathways leading to the trek’s starting point.

The collective efforts of these volunteers resulted in the collection and disposal of over 100 plastic items, including bottles, papers, straws, and food plates, which were sent to the Gram Panchayath segregation center. Initiatives like these not only contribute to the cleanliness and preservation of natural habitats but also serve as a source of motivation for youth volunteers to engage in more such activities throughout the year.
